"Loki Vs Joker" Acrylic Paint
For my third project, I am doing Loki vs Joker. As you can see I did a cartoon version of Loki and I did the Joker card. The Joker card is very significant to the movie Dark Knight. One of my favorite scenes included the card when the Joker is trying to make a deal with some guys to kill the Batman. Then he said if you need me, here's my card. It was not a card with an actual number, but the Joker card from a deck of cards. I did the Joker card and Loki as a person on purpose. I made Loki bigger because I am a huge Marvel fan so I am showing that Marvel will beat Joker.
I had a tough time as you can tell by the first pic. I messed up quite a few times. A couple days later I wanted to work on the face, but then I got confused with the lines. So I just painted over it with my background color and went over it with white paint. So much easier. SHould have done that first.;) But so far it is working great. For the scepter, which is a big symbol of Loki besides his helmet, I will use blue acrylic paint with silver to make it look icy and glowing. As you can tell for the gold parts, it went through a process. First i painted the parts yellow, waited for them to dry, went over with light gold metallic paint, then went over it the third time with a darker gold. The final looks great. I am really happy with this project and can not wait to do more!
